Okay, so I'm new to the world of oysters on the half shell. I've only had baked oysters two times and it was at home. I wanted to try this. Made with spinach, cheese, and bacon lardons. It's not very pretty, but it's really good. The toppings kind of takeover the oyster. I don't know if that's typical.
