Absolute perfection! This is exactly how a Croque Madame is supposed to be. This dish is actually the reason why we came to Bouchon. Success!!

$3 to add extra Mornay. Love that I have this option. The sauce was really thick today, so it still didn't surpass Bouchon.

I prefer to have Mornay sauce with my Croque madames, but this was probably the best grilled cheese sandwich I've ever had! The bread was amazing and toasted to perfection. The cheese was perfection. The egg was a little too cooked, so I didn't get as much of the gorgeous egg yolk dripping down. If the bread hadn't been so incredible, I would have been annoyed.

Yes!!! We finally have a proper and gorgeous Croque Madame near us!! This will definitely be dangerous...

Their menu items have changed so much... This had s ton of gruyere and not much mornay sauce. Very heavy. The salad was wonderful though!

Yay! Not on their menu but they said you can ask them for this... Toasted bread, filled with corned beef, covered in melted cheddar cheese and fried eggs and mornay sauce. Yaaas!

Mornay, Compart Duroc “Smokeless” Ham, Sunny Side Up Egg, Cheesy Ciabatta, Mustard. I held the mustard because that's just weird... This selection of bread was very thick and firm. Unfortunately, there was barely any mornay sauce (which would have helped). Also, the yolk was set, so no beautiful yolk to saturate the toast either. Good flavor, just needs better execution

They do not serve this with mornay sauce. :-( Just okay.
