I didn't think this would compete with the pork belly, but I was wrong. Boneless chicken thigh, adobo sauce, soft boiled egg, scallions and rice. The skin on the chicken was seasoned well and super crispy. No batter on this chicken...just perfectly crispy skin. Excellent!

So tender and delicious!

Regular size (5oz of meat) with sauce-basted chicken and marinated beef over White rice. Quick and tasty lunch!

Chicken seasoned well with ground garlic, pepper and topped with cilantro and fried garlic.

USDA Choice Ribeye, fried shallots, fried egg, ponzu

The meat was overcooked. My husband. Chicken mini bowl and it was much better. Unfortunately, I paid extra for this meat. 😕
