With beets and mustards. The duck was lightly crisped and went very well with the beet juice on the plate.

With mash potatoes and cepe (mushroom) sauce. I loved the texture of the duck. You can pay for all you can eat at this buffet or you can just buy individual dishes. We didn't know what we would like so we paid for everything , but this one alone would have been only €8. Oh my god!
