Avocado, Sun-Dried Tomato, Red Onion and Cilantro Fried in a Crisp Wrapper. Served with a Tamarind-Cashew Dipping Sauce. Was NOT crispy.

Prime rib, onions, peppers, fontina. This was the dish I was most looking forward to. They forgot to bring it out. When they did, it was way overcooked. I wonder if they re-fried the missing dish... They did take it off the bill just because it was so late.
