Two filets of local wild rock cod, local organic russet chips, house tartar sauce. Fish? Excellent. Tartar sauce, malt vinegar and house ketchup? Excellent. Chips? Addictive. What an amazing dish.

Great fish and chips! It's very rare to get good french fries, especially with fish and chips, but these were amazing. They are hand cut and seasoned with kosher salt. My husband absolutely love the fries and it just made the whole dish that much better. Good tartar sauce too.

My husband preferred the cod to the haddock. I thought they were very similar in taste and I liked the size of the haddock a little more. Great fish and chips! Crispy batter that is actually flavored! I don't know if this is better than The Auld Chip Shop. I guess I'll have to go back again to compare! Tartar sauce was unique and herbaceous, but not my favorite. The chips were decent.

The lunch special is a smaller portion and a lower price served from 12-3 every day. The fish is amazing - perfectly crisped, flaky and tender meat...The chips were NOT amazing this time. ☹️ The fish could be #1 on this list, but only with the great fries we had last time. I like the haddock more and my husband prefers the cod.

Tender inside, crunchy outside, yummy tartar... A little greasy, but tasty to the last bite.

Substituted the onion rings for their French fries. The coleslaw and tartar sauce were really good. It was a little cumbersome, so it was a little difficult to eat at times.

The fries were crispy too.

Excellent chips and batter. The outside was great, but there was some undercooked batter next to the fish that was mushy. As usual, there is no seasoning on the fish, but great seasoning on the fries!

It's really good. Great batter an excellent french fries. It's a small portion of fish though. An excellent tartar sauce would have raise the rating more
