Toasted brioche bread spread with Nutella and sanwiched around hazelnut gelato. I can't believe how good this is. I was skeptical about the bread, but the toasting definitely makes this work.

Small traditional Mexican Concha + Horchata Ice Cream Scoop. The Concha is soft, so when you bite into it, the ice cream doesn't get squished out. Brilliant!
