Crispy and tender (which is impressive for take out food). I enjoyed the curry sauce very much as well

The Pork cutlet and the curry sauce were great! The "potato salad " was a mashed potato salad and had fruit? in it... ew. I don't know what that yellow stuff was. Something pickled. It really didn't have any flavor
