Chadol baki is a thinly sliced beef brisket meal that is popular in Korean restaurants. The meat is not marinated whatsoever and it's simply cooked on a grill. My daughter's favorite

It was really good but it was not spicy

It's nice for a change of pace, but not as good as the other meats

It's not that this was bad, it's just that it was indistinguishable from other meat. I honestly couldn't tell the difference between this and bulgogi.

No seasoning on it, so it was just ok.

I think everyone else loved this, but it's not my favorite. I don't really like the spice. Too hot and too pastey for me

Nope. Very chewy. Practically inedible. Not good for the grill.
