Added to meal and my son's favorite!

Butter poached lobster topped with parmesan-havarti crust, baked in an aebleskiver pan. This is very popular here, but it was overcooked. I was excited to try it, but the cheese actually takes away from the lobster. It was $36 for this appetizer, so I felt obligated to eat it. Otherwise, I would have stopped after 2 bites.

Garlic butter, black pepper, green onion, basil, fish sauce. This is MESSY. The sauce is all over it and you have to hold the pieces in your hand to crack them over. The sauce is good, but we would never get it again. Really rather just have a steamed lobster
