AMAZING
1st PORK MEATBALLS
Union Restaurant, Pasadena
The meatballs are great, but the toast with it is Perfection!
2nd MEATBALLS
Firefly, Los Angeles
Blend of ground beef, pork, veal and smoked guanciale, San marzano tomatoes, bread crumbs and Parmesan. You must get the baguette to go with this because that sauce has to be scooped up and eaten. This was my favorite dish!
3rd BEEF MEATBALLS
TGI Fridays, Los Angeles
New and part of the Endless Apps. Comes with little sourdough toasts. Makes a great bruschetta with yummy meatballs too!
REALLY GOOD
4th BRAISED MEATBALLS
Meat On Ocean, Santa Monica
3 giant meatballs served with cheesy garlic bread slices. This was a huge starter. It was part of the meal for one person but these are definitely shareable! #dinela
5th PAXTI'S MEATBALLS
Patxi's Pizza, Los Angeles
Large meatballs braised with tomato sauce, parmesan, basil, in a bread bowl.
PRETTY GOOD
6th MEATBALLS AND MARINARA
Sorella, Newport
Two pork, beef and veal meatballs in marinara topped with pecorino ro.ano.
JUST OK
7th WAGYU BEEF MEATBALL
Morton's The Steakhouse, Los Angeles
I have never had more dense ground beef. It was laborious cutting through and eating this. Disappointing... #dinela
8th MEATBALLS
Sky & Vine Rooftop Bar, Napa
The polenta was pretty good but the meatballs were dry and weird and didn't have any flavor
NOT FOR ME
9th SWEDISH MEATBALLS
The Velvet Martini Lounge, Los Angeles
Terrible. Didn't even taste like meat. To add insult to injury, this dish was $20, so it was $4 per nasty meatball (of which we ate 2)
