2nd MOLE CAFE OAXACA W/ PORK

Made with chile guajillo, chile mulato, chile ancho, almonds, peanuts, sesame seeds, chocolate, garlic, oregano and peppercorns. More sweet than spicy and the pork was very tender. Interesting flavor. I really enjoyed it
4th TASTE OF SOL AGAVE

Sampler entree for two people. Shrimp with garlic, skirt steak with mushrooms, chicken fajitas, carnitas, cheese fondue, rice, beans and corn tortillas. There are a ton of vegetables in this. The jumbo shrimp are in a creamy garlic sauce - that was addictive. Unfortunately, you only get two pieces of shrimp. The skirt steak was excellent. The chicken fajitas were breast meat and they were a little dry. The carnitas were great. The fondue didn't really go with any of the meats and vegetables. They really needed chips for that. This was a great way to try everything to find out what is good. I would never get it a second time because I would just get full size portions of the parts that I liked.
5th CHILE RELLENO & 2 FLAUTAS

No thanks on the Chile Relleno but the flautas were amazing! Carne asada inside and scrumptious deep fried flour tortillas. The rice and beans were really good. I would come back just for the flautas though.
