There's so much going on with this dessert. I don't have a description and this won't be on the menu for very long. It has peaches and a plum sauce poured onto it. There is a sorbet that I think is also peach. It has a crumble which gives a great texture. It is light and sweet and different. I really liked it.

Vanilla bean panna cotta, spring berries, sicilian pistachio streusel. All of it was outstanding!

Terrible. Firmer than jello and tasted like milk and cinnamon. Milk jello. Yuck. Desserts are NOT the way to go at The Sherman.
