A French style roll, remoulade, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, and dill pickles. Served with house fries. Huge shrimp 🦐 ❤️❤️

Ginormous!

The shrimp gets a little lost in this

 cajun-seasoned crispy jumbo shrimp drizzled with creamy cajun creole sauce, topped with lettuce, tomatoes and veggie slaw. The shrimp was great, the sauce was pretty good and the rest of the sandwich was ok. The French roll is separated, so it's hard to keep the sandwich together when you eat it. Kind of annoying. Good thing there was shrimp to distract me!

The bread is butter toasted and the shrimp are giant. The remoulade is spicy and creamy. The lettuce is not great. The coating on the shrimp was too thick and too crunchy. I think they over fried it. However, they were super nice and open the truck a half an hour early for us. $12 for a giant sandwich and a bag of chips. It's a good value but I don't know if I would take a chance on their shrimp again... #granadagrubfest

Very disappointing. Cajun Remoulade was not good and the shrimp had too much batter, no flavor and the bread was too thick. I do not recommend
