AMAZING
1st NATURAL PORK BABY BACK RIBS
Hitching Post 2, Buellton
No bbq sauce, just their "Magic Stuff" seasoning. They are salty, flavorful and tender. Outstanding!
2nd BBQ PORK RIBS
Julian Beer Co., Julian
Tender and meaty with a wonderful smokey flavor and tasty rub. Barbecue sauce was just okay but the ribs didn't eat any.
3rd BABY BACK RIBS
Swinging Door BBQ, Los Angeles
These are very meaty, but still tender and smoky. Great with one of bbq sauces (we liked the spicy bbq sauce best)
5th WHISKEY-GLAZED RIBS AND FRIED SHRIMP
TGI Fridays, Los Angeles
Slow cooked big back pork ribs fire-grilled and served with seasoned fries and coleslaw. Added fried shrimp.
REALLY GOOD
6th BABY BACK RIBS
The One Up, Los Angeles
These were really good. They were crisp on the outside. They come served on top of fried brussel sprout leaves. That was surprisingly tasty.
9th THAI BBQ PORK SPARE RIB DINNER
Thai Original BBQ Restaurant, Los Angeles
Thai BBQ pork spare ribs. Served with shrimp fried rice.
PRETTY GOOD
10th RIB TIPS
Barrel and Ashes, Los Angeles
Good flavor. Not as tender as we would like. #BBQ
11th RIB TIPS
Smokehouse on Main, Santa Clarita
Good. Comes with fries. It is considered an appetizer.
12th RIB TIPS
Moms Haus, Los Angeles
Basic... Not bad. Not special.
13th BABY BACK RIBS
BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse, Los Angeles
With a Peppered BBQ sauce. Comes with your choice of 2 sides
JUST OK
14th KOREAN STICKY RIBS
Duke's Malibu, Malibu
They were spicy from the gochujang glaze. They had a nice crunch on the outside. Unfortunately they weren't as tender as we expected. #dineLA
15th OSSO BUCCO RIBLETS
Eureka!, Los Angeles
sherry braised pork / firecracker aioli. Nicely crisper, but maybe a little overcooked. Sauce is just o.k. for me.
