Arby's, Los AngelesPit smoked country style pork ribs, smoked Gouda, crispy onion strings, Mayo, smokey BBQ sauce on a toasted bun. It says that it's pit smoked in Texas. Maybe it is because it's obviously been refrigerated since it was cooked. When you do that, it keeps the meat from falling apart. I appreciate the large chunks of meat but if this had been fresh out of the oven, it would have been much more tender. All together, the tastes and textures were good.
