Rice cooked in a seasoned broth (zirbak) with beef and carrots. Delicious! Another dish with tender beef.

Peruvian rice, shrimp, class, scallops, mussels, calamari, fresh peas, peppers and pecorino. The fried calamari is overcooked as a calamari dish, but acts like a crispy croutons on this, which I really enjoyed
