REALLY GOOD
1st JAGER SCHNITZEL
Wirtshaus German Restaurant & Beer Garden, Los Angeles
Breaded pork in wild mushroom sauce with spatzle and fried potatoes. All tasty. The potatoes have onion and bacon enter crispy. Spatzle had a good flavor.
2nd WIRTSHAUS SCHNITZEL
Wirtshaus German Restaurant & Beer Garden, Los Angeles
Sauteed pork breaded and topped with garlic cream sauce and a fried egg. Served here with fried potatoes with bacon and spatzle. All good!
3rd WIENER SCHNITZEL
Wirtshaus German Restaurant & Beer Garden, Los Angeles
Breaded and sauteed pork with spatzle and fries. Meat was very tender, but my husband didn't prefer the spatzle. We were not on the same page with that

Breaded and sauteed pork loin with mashed potatoes and cucumber dill salad
4th HAHNCHEN SCHNITZEL
Wirtshaus German Restaurant & Beer Garden, Los Angeles
Chicken schnitzel with fried potatoes and garlic brussel sprouts. My kids enjoyed this and said it was not dry but tender and tasty
NOT FOR ME
5th JÄGER SCHNITZEL
Jeanette's Edelweiss German Restaurant & Beer House, Thousand Oaks
Your choice of chicken, pork, or veal (I chose pork), lightly breaded & fried. Topped with a creamy mushroom gravy, served with Spätzle . It looked great... Flavorless. Schnitzel was not tender. Disappointing...
