Jumbo Mexican shrimp stuffed with a creamy crab filling, wrapped in crispy corn tortilla. served with roasted pepper aioli and cilantro aioli. It's a little too busy on top and a little bit too creamy inside, but it's a huge shrimp taquito with a great crunchy bite so I'll forgive them for their excess.
