Cheese. Strawberry. Ice cream. What a weird combination that somehow works. The ice cream is cold enough that the flavors all develop at different times. First you get the texture, then the strawberry flavor, and then the cheese. If the flavors mixed, I don’t know how good this would be but as is it’s unique but not bad.

If I was vegan, this would be incredible. The texture was creamy and smooth and satisfied an ice cream craving. As someone that eats normal is cream, I could definitely tell the difference from the genuine article. The flavor wasn’t as rich, but I could see someone enjoying this for how light it felt.
