Das Brahms, InnsbruckThe onion sauce with thick and masked any grit and grime of the liver, but possibly overplayed the saltiness and richness. I wanted some of that signature liver flavor to play through just a bit more.
The rice was fine but nothing to write home about. The bacon was really nicely done. Not the best texture but wonderful flavor. I also found the apples on the side to be a creative pairing that worked very well.
