Classic lobster tail. Cooked tender but not so much that it’s lost it’s chew. The lobster itself was simple but well executed. The accompanying mustard sauce was a nice compliment and surprisingly rounded/smooth. It’s like if a hollandaise went to Germany to study abroad and came back with a faint mustard accent. The bread was atypical, having little rise and a dense crumb. The flavor was nutty and the butter was slathered on harder than what even Paula Deen would deem proper… Still tasty!
