1st LOBSTER TAIL
Restaurant Fisken på Disken, HelsinkiClassic lobster tail. Cooked tender but not so much that it’s lost it’s chew. The lobster itself was simple but well executed. The accompanying mustard sauce was a nice compliment and surprisingly rounded/smooth. It’s like if a hollandaise went to Germany to study abroad and came back with a faint mustard accent. The bread was atypical, having little rise and a dense crumb. The flavor was nutty and the butter was slathered on harder than what even Paula Deen would deem proper… Still tasty!
