A solid Shakshuka with plenty of chorizo chunks throughout. The richness and sweetness from the tomatoes were present, but I’d have liked the tomatoes and onions to be more front and center. Here they were blended to eliminate most of the texture, relying on the sausage and egg as to be the main source of chew. The spices were flavorful as well, but didn’t dance as much as I’d have liked them to. Solid meal, but not wow’ed.
