A perfect ratio of soup to fillings. This has japchae, beef and mushrooms throughout: a hearty stew. The soup itself was delicious and had the perfect level of spice for me (enough to get my face red and my nose running, but you can still taste every flavor). The additional toppings were delicious as well. In particular I loved the sweet and crunchy seaweed.
