AMAZING
1st SEAFOOD SPRING ROLL

Usually a medley of seafood results in a vaguely fishy tasting muddle, but this let the prawn and crab shine on their own, while not getting lost in the filling. The exterior had a perfect crisp and wasn’t oily. The accompanying orange sauce was good, but I forgot it was there at one point from how incredible the rolls were on their own.

Great exterior texture: perfectly brown and crunchy. Unfortunately the filling was a bit fatty for my preference and fell flat in terms of flavor. The accompanying sauce was nice but difficult to taste over the unctuousness of the roll.
