1st STEAK TARTARE

Chef’s blend of hand-chopped raw strip loin and tenderloin, watercress, house-made potato chips. Added farm egg yolk. Incredibly tasty and fresh tartare served with these huge potato chips that were sturdy enough to hold the tartare! So good and raw that it brought out the beast in me! :D
