Bone marrow baked in oven, served with crostini, roasted garlic, and sea salt. So rich and fatty! Meat butter at its finest!! :)

Served with toast points and rocket salad. By the time we were done with this, we were already full. Substantial amount of marrow in the bone! Loved it!
