My new favorite VN dish! Vermicelli noodles with BBQ pork and fried spring rolls. Drizzle some nuoc mam sauce, sprinkle some Sriracha, and I’m set! Yummy!

Charbroiled pork & egg roll served over rice vermicelli noodle. Always good! Drizzle some nuoc mam sauce over it and squeeze a bunch of Sriracha and you’re good to go!! Yum!
