Pommes frites, local cheese curds, duck confit, roasted duck gravy, crakling. Sooooo good I tell you! Sooooo tasty!

8 hour braised short ribs served o top of twice fried french fries with cheese, kimchi, pickled onions & avocado lime crema. In theory this sounded real good, but it was underwhelming for me. Perhaps I’m not a big poutine fan, but smothering wet stuff on top of french fries, no matter how well fried, just kills it for me. Had to try it tho.
