Scottish salmon, orange supreme, yuzu tobiko, sanbai zu (ponzu sauce.) Oh. Em. Gee. Can you say foodgasm?? Have you had foodgasm lately? Literal explosion of flavors in your mouth making you utterly shudder in ecstasy!! That was this dish. Enuf said!
