33 oz. Japanese wagyu hybrid. HUGE!! My hand there to show you how big it is, but actually it’s bigger than the photo shows. The bone is as long as my entire forearm. Perfectly seasoned and grilled to medium rare perfection. Juicy, succulent, divine!

Grilled steak with marinated onions and chimichurri sauce. Served with rice and side of vegetables, grilled whole jalapeno upon request, and generous slices of fresh avocado! I love their chimichurri sauce!! So tasty!

Hand selected Angus beef, aged 35 days, is peppered and seared on a cast iron pan. Served with pan-creamed spinach, pomme frites, and demi-glace. This is half portion. I love love restaurants that are so accommodating so that they offer to do many of the dishes in half portions. Since my eyes are bigger than my stomach, it helps out tremendously!

Wagyu beef steak with eggs sunny side up. Served with fingerling potatoes and roasted tomato. Very enjoyable breakfast. My all time fav breakfast menu is steak and eggs! This resto is appropriately named "Powder" as in snow, since it is a ski resort. My son and I stayed here due to a golf competition. I was quite disappointed in couple of other Waldorf Astoria locations, but this one was quite charming and service was most excellent!! I was so impressed with their service (I'm not easily impressed) I am seriously going to return here in the future! We a lovely chat with our waiter and he found out that we were there for a golf competition. Then while we were at the golf course prepping for the competition, a hotel valet stopped by to give my son a golf hat (Waldorf Astoria embroidered, nicely wrapped in tissue and in a nice shopping bag) compliments of the waiter with a sweetest note wishing him good luck!! The golf course isn't even near the hotel. It was like 8 miles drive on a freeway!! WOW! Now THAT's great service!

Classic perfectly grilled prime flat iron steak prepared with shallots and brandy au poivre served with their addictive fries! Their homemade ketchup are yummy too!

Tenderloin wrapped in applewood smoked bacon.
