The Rollfield Platter: half baby back ribs, half brisket with mashed potatoes and bbq sauce. Awesome!

Eastern NC style pulled pork and pork shanks with tequila lime seasoning. As sides I picked the traditional baked beans and fried okra. It comes with their signature corn fritters and I used thei own hot BBQ sauce on top. This heavenly food combined with a large selection of beers and a very authentic setting next to a mangrove tree patch is perfect!
