I noticed I put all my roasts in the just okay category. Maybe I should stop ordering roasts out because it’s something you can cook much better yourself at home. Something to consider… this was fine. Meat a bit chewy, potatoes not as good as I would make them. Plenty of gravy though. Always a bonus
