Got a chance to try this burger during covid thanks to delivery. It was a pretty good burger but when judging it you have remember that it's a $30 burger. The cost to benefit ratio is off. If this was a $6-$10 burger I would say it's better than In&out. The bread was amazing and choice of cheese was perfect. It lacked seasoning though and the aouju sauce can be hit or miss. Good to great burger but a terrible value

Pretty good craft burger. Even better knowing that during happy hour this comes with a beer and fries. The toasted bun really helped
