This is current San Fernando valleys only Michelin Star rated restaurant. It's usually very hard to get a seat at this one chef sushi restaurant as well as very expensive with $100 omakese dinners. Happy to learn that they had cheaper Chirashi to go boxes to help them survive the covid shutdowns. The Omakese boxes have a large assortment of chopped fishes that were hard to distinguish but you could tell the chefs talent in the way the sushi rice tasted. Saw this place on instagram and got excited because they showed an entire pizza box stuffed with sushi. The sushi price is super cheap at $50 for three people's worth of food. Unfortunately the sushi quality itself is just ok. #Sushi #bento #fusion
