Meat Co have an interesting interpretation of 'full rack'. That is two layers of ribs there, double what I would normally expect. Makes the £40 price tag much more reasonable. Recommend the half rack if you aren't very hungry.

Ridiculously large portion, sauce was not particularly good. Still probably the best ribs you'll get in Anglesey.
