Actually some of the best gyoza I’ve ever had!

A tad oily but not too much. The wrapping had a nice flavor, the pork was decent but we’ve had better on our ramen trips.

Was super pleased with these, not super oily but could have had a little more flavor to the insides.

Decent insides but over fried

The flavor was there but jeez. Stone. Effing. Cold. And wet. Just some wet cold floppy dumplings.
