Have been eating this omelette from Toms for over two decades and it’s still the best omelette I’ve ever come across!

Smoked salmon, red onion, cream cheese. Really good potatoes on the side!

Love that hash, made the omelette a bit too oily but the Swiss cheese was the way to go
