Fennel purée and tomato confit

Exquisite. With butternut squash purée, orange segments and pumpkin seeds. It all worked wonderfully together! Dish of the night and maybe for my entire time here! We shall see.

With ricotta gnocchi, roasted mushrooms in parsley butter

Probably my go to main course here. The sauce is pretty good but the scallops are heavenly!

Scallops were really good but needed more sauce and way too many onions.

Almost fine but mainly disappointing. Large scallops but tough and chewy.
