AMAZING
1st CHATEAUBRIAND
Delmonico Steakhouse, Las Vegas
This is served for two <3 with asparagus and #garlic potatoes. Delmonico is consistently the best steak I've had.

10 oz cut. I love when a steak house offers prime rib, and this did not let me down. 10 oz is the smallest cut offered, so non-giants may end up taking some home :-)
4th PRIME RIB

This is the junior cut.
5th CHICKEN FRIED STEAK

With plenty of that country gravy.
6th PRIME RIB WITH AU JUS
801 Chophouse at the Paxton, Omaha
Single cut-- but huge! Melt in your mouth prime rib in a plate of au jus. The little cup is horseradish.
7th LA HAMPE
L'Atelier De Joel Robuchon, Las Vegas
French-style hangar steak with fried shallots. Fattier than you may be used to but no less delicious.
8th 8 OZ. FILET MIGNON WITH GORGONZOLA GARLIC BUTTER
Sullivan's Steakhouse, Omaha
Cooked medium. Gorgonzola was perhaps too strong alongside, but steak was great.

Cooked medium, you're probably better off medium rare or rare.
