Not a fan of sweet dishes. But this time, i admit it this japanese panacotta (i forgot the names) was really really good!

Its dessert time! This part is the most fun things to do, they prepare the ingredient separately. Then… they ask us DIY to make our own creation of garnishing the cake! The #whitechocolatebavaroise is sooo smooth! Frost it with #meringue #berries #vanillacustard & #biscuitcrumble then torch them! Sooo fun! #lepetitchefatghjakarta

This #dessert platter consist of a small piece homemade #tiramisu, mocha cream, & fresh sliced fruits. With a touch of #rum fla & #redberry sauce (i’m not sure though) but when you combine them, it created a taste of goodness in 1 plate for finishing your worthy dinner course.

This pie consist of pineapple jam, cream cheese, & crust crumb. This pie is a worth to order #sweetpie

A different style of ordinary #cheesecake ! They torched the surface first like a #brulee before they served to the customers. It has a smokiness flavor with a touch of bitterness aftertaste. Not too sweet is the reason why i liked it so much!
