I like this fried duck so much! Served with steamed rice, corn fritter, orek tempeh & peanut, urap, & sambal matah. The star of the show is the duck itself, very tender! Easily loose from the bones & the meat is very tender!

I also loved the duck, cooking doneness at medium. Not so mind blowing but tenderly delicious.
