Sorry, i forgot the name of these cute luxury starter. Lol! It consist of tuna, some salmon roe garnish & a touch of some leafs. The taste, yum!

On this plate from top to bottom : gari (picked ginger), scallop, gyoza dumpling, shrimp tempura, & tuna poke salad. All together created a refreshing taste on my palette before taking the entree.
