Inside it has strawberry jam and whipped cream (with a tiny bit of cream cheese perhaps?). Definitely for someone with a sweet tooth. ☺️

It’s my first time to try the croissant at the Larder and I think it’s the best one I’ve had in Wellington. I realised I haven’t posted plain croissants I’ve tried from other bakeries so I must try to remember to do it next time.

I’m not usually keen on these but I was pleasantly surprised I enjoyed this.

I enjoyed this. I chose the one with custard and dulce de leche. The sweetness is just right for me and happily enjoyed with a coffee.

This cafe has recently reopened but with shorter hours and smaller menu. This croissant is really a brioche shaped like a croissant. 😂

Still a fake croissant for me because it has a brioche texture but very buttery so I’m happy.

This can’t compare to croissants from either Goods cafe or Grace Patisserie. Not dissimilar to generic ones you get from the supermarket 😔

First time to try these. The other one is a chocolate almond croissant. Just ok for me.
