This was absolutely divine!

I have no words... the bread underneath is soaked in the flavour. Bliss...

There was too much for me. I struggled to finish the dish.

It was served with an Apple Tart Tatin. I really enjoyed it.

Maybe I'm biased because it's foie gras but this dish was the highlight for me. ☺️

The Terrine was made with chocolate and vanilla. The round bit next to the strawberry is a foie gras carpaccio.
