Last dinner in Kyoto. It has been amazing to visit Japan. Loved the food and the people are so nice too. ☺️

This is their #WOAP festival dish. I left almost a third of it because it was just fat. I am definitely ruined by the experience in Japan last year 😞.

$10 special today and it looked like a good option because I was in a hurry. Nothing special.

I didn’t want to go too far and this was in the same building where I was so I tried this chicken dish. I don’t know why it is called Donkatsu and the sauce was a bit different too.

I was told beef tonkatsu is more delicious than pork but after trying it, I’m not convinced. I still want my porky goodness 🐷. I wasn’t happy with the quality of the beef used in this dish. Maybe we were recommended the wrong place 😭 The tongue wasn’t any better. 😭
