With tiny mushrooms, bacon pieces and a side of the lightest mashed potato I've ever tasted. I wish I can post a video to show the consistency. So delicious! The owner said the mashed potato was put through what sounded like a whipped cream dispenser.

The veal was so delicious and the falafel was tasty.

Crumbed Veal Tongue, Pickles, Caper Leaves, Horseradish, Herb and Anchovy Emulsion. Delicious!!!

With ssamjang, cauliflower purée.

It was called a "cannelloni" because the veal was wrapped in leek. Not much flavour for an entree. Especially after the in-your-face amuse bouche of anchovy. ☹️

Not likely to come back here. It’s not for me.
