Really nice amount of flavour from the truffle and delicious cheese. Eggs got a bit lost and didn’t really taste of much and toast probably didn’t need to be quite so thick but overall a good brunch dish.

A basic lunch made exciting and presented beautifully. Sweet potato hummus on crunchy seeded toast with edamame and peppers. Not amazing in terms of flavours but a filling, satisfying, healthy meal that looks really pretty.

Really tasty beef mince empanada topping with loads of melted cheese and a quail’s egg. A filling portion.

A bit of an overload of toppings and everything tasted as if it had just come out of a packet.
