Nice chewy noodles with some crunch from the cucumber and pear slices. Such a great dish for a hot day. I loved this but the soup noodles had the slight edge for me. There is also an arrowroot noodles option for both the spicy sauce and soup versions which is slightly more chewy. That was good as well.
