Loving the crispy skin and garlic crunch!

Tender chicken, good seasoning, lots of Chinese sausages... what more can I ask for? Don’t forget to leave the rice untouched for a minute or two if you want that lovely crust at the bottom. After that, just mix it all up and dig in!

At RM6 (appr. $1.40) this was a great deal. This even came with some bean sprouts which seldom happens unless you pay extra for it. Simple pleasures.

You don’t really get a strong mango flavour from the sauce, but a light tanginess and sweetness from the fruit. Pretty sure there was curry powder as well, because the sauce reminded me of currywurst sauce except that it had mangoes instead of tomatoes.

Tasty and budget friendly. I do prefer the set though. More things to eat haha.

Thai-style steamed chicken rice with “spare parts”. Read that this place can be a bit inconsistent with their food quality but based on my experience I’m going to give this a Really Good. Looks plain, but there was lots of flavour in the dish. Let’s hope the inconsistencies are just teething problems.

Pretty decent for a supermarket foodcourt.
